BACKGROUND
The purpose of the Bahamas Youth Climate Conference (BYCC) is to provide an opportunity for Bahamian youth ages 16-25 to increase their knowledge of what Climate Change is, its impacts and collectively consider if there are any potential opportunities which exist in the space.

AIM
The conference aims to introduce youth to the roots of Climate Change including the science behind it, policy decisions that guide global efforts, impacts in The Bahamas and other Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and its interconnectedness to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

GOAL
The goal is to identify a clear path for the youth to champion their future by being involved in Climate Action and taking the lead in planning for their future.
