Participants are encouraged to wash and sanitize their hands frequently. Moreover, participants are encouraged if they become symptomatic, to cease in-person participation in the meeting and all related events, and seek medical assistance as necessary.

Registered participants are to note that ID badges will be available for collection from 7:15 am on July 13th in the lobby of the Performing Arts Centre Auditorium (UB’s main auditorium) located in the Keva M. Bethel Building on Poinciana Boulevard. The Opening Ceremony will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. in the Auditorium. Please ensure that you arrive early enough to collect ID badges before the opening. ID Badges must be displayed at all times throughout the Conference.

No, in order to attend, participants must have registered on the Conference’s website.
Yes, however, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that the accompanied parent or guardian must register to receive a badge as well.

Yes. Please note the following parking guidelines and information for drop-off and pick-up:

  1. Drop-Off: Participants being dropped should enter through the Northern gate of The University of The Bahamas, off Poinciana Drive. All participants would enter through the main Foyer of Keva Bethel Building.
  2. Pick-Up: Participants are to be picked up at the round-about on University Drive near the Harry C. Moore Library.
  3. Parking: Parking is available at the Southern entrance parking lot of the University of The Bahamas near Choices restaurant on Thompson Boulevard and Big Pond Highway.
